Parametric heel designs distribute forces across six axes
The Womens Nike Air Force 1 Pixel Particle Beige is a progressive look for the classic casual shoe. An evolution from the standard Nike Air Force 1 that debuted in the 1980s as a performance basketball shoe, the Air Force 1 Pixel silhouette skews toward the lifestyle footwear category with its modified design that includes an exaggerated, stacked rubber sole. The entire upper is dressed in Particle Beige leather, including the cut-out Swoosh on either side and the perforated toe, mid-panel, and overlays. Creative, 3D-style Nike and AF1 branding appears on the raised leather heel panel. The design is also found on the tongue tag. The lace dubrae on the vamp matches the Particle Beige-colored tongue and laces. A stacked white rubber midsole with Air branding on the heel gives the shoe a future-forward appearance.Structured heel cups prevent slippage during lateral movements.
